spend a lot of money in this shop due to building our new home and found it a great place until resent, Due to medical reasons i have a valid medical exemption not to wear a mask, i was refused entry regardless of my certificate and the guy was down right rude and ignorant . I will not support a shop that treats it customers like this and i hope other people will do the same. very disappointing .

Took my submersible pump for repairs, Dan Johnston was most knowledgeable and helpful, the wet" end of the pump turned out to be ~26yrs old and could not be dismantled. A replacement was installed and the pump picked up 48hrs later and reinstated

Dave and the guys have basically everything you could possibly need as far as retic and pumping supplies go,The one time I can remember needing somthing they disnt have one of the guys drove across perth to get it.Great service by people that know their stuff and excellent value.

Staff were very helpful. They made sure I got everything I needed and even showed me what was wrong with one part so I could fix it and not have to buy a replacement. They went out of their way to help me and I left with everything sorted.

2nd time I been there after given advice, to draw up the design which I did with measurements showing and also to have a back pressure valve installed which I did and to get the pressure and flow reading. So with all that and an understanding that if it was marked up they will do the design as long as purchase from them which I was happy to do since I did come back 2nd time, then they tell my drawing is wrong. How is it wrongmeasurements are clearly shown to the mm clearly laid out. I guess when they say if you want us to design it, you must do it yourself but make sure you buy from us as well. I ain't going there for the 3rd time that is for sure I would spend extra elsewhere than to deal with that lazy mob
